Home Affairs Services and Vocational Services are perhaps the most important sources of employment in the Afghan community. Such jobs are consistent with the culture of work in the Afghan community and can serve as a starting point for many Afghans to enter the job market, especially for women in Afghanistan. Providing home-based services can be considered a necessity in the development of employment and economic wellbeing. We coordinated with local councils and organizations throughout districts of Kabul to raise awareness and identify eligible beneficiaries. We distributed and collected application forms and identified 480 eligible women. MOLSA and JEAO worked closely together to create the projects training curriculum. After the trainees completed their courses, they were granted certificates. We successfully managed to provide 60% of the trainee’s job replacement through our marketing team. The project was a major success in advancing the sustainability of job creation for women.
