The project focus was on two key activities, first to Conduct 24 training sessions and capacity building workshops on EVAW law for 600 police, judges, prosecutors and women and to facilitate twelve town gatherings to increase awareness on women rights and social issues for a specific target group. Twenty-four training sessions on EVAW were conducted in the two-targeted provinces. The 600-project key direct training beneficiaries were consisting personnel from police department (including local Arbaki police), judges, lawyers, prosecutors and civil society activists.
